Oshimili people urged to get PVCs

By Festus Ahon

ASABA—DELTA State Commissioner for Information, Mr. Patrick Ukah, has called on those who are yet to collect their Permanent Voter’s Cards, PVCs, to do so, while those yet register should do so immediately to enable them exercise their franchise in 2019.

Ukah stated this in Okpanam when members of the Yoruba community and landlords association in the area visited him.

He urged the people of Oshimili North Local Government Area of the state to remain resolute in their determination to re-elect Governor Ifeanyi Okowa in 2019.

His words: “The incredible achievements of the governor in all areas is enough to guarantee his return to office.

“The Stephen Keshi Stadium in Asaba, abandoned over the years, is almost ready for the African Senior Athletics Competition next month.”

He charged the people to go back home and join the crusade of spreading the good news of Governor Okowa’s accomplishments and the need to re-elect him.
