UGHELLI – Rev. Francis Ejiroghene Waive, the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate in Ughelli North, South and Udu Federal Constituency of Delta State, has stated that his constituency projects would be traceable, visible, valuable and useful to his people if elected to the green chamber of the National Assembly.
Rev. Waive who spoke through his Director of Media Publicity, Mr. Ben Ojohwo , at the Udu mega campaign rally of the APC recently, said, “We have no need to back out of our future except we stop to exist, and saying that, how long will our people suffer the menace of imaginary projects?
“How long should our people endure the pain of turning constituency projects to a self-serving projects of few, sharing tricycles, motorbikes, grinding machines and a few other items they so regard as constituency projects?
“When next they bring these to us, ask them if they would allow their children to make ends meet with these offers,” he said.
Continuing he said, “We have come, and there won’t be next time for these failed representatives to bring us such items or supposedly projects they will never wish for their children and loved ones. All we need is not buy what a few will benefit from but initiate a sustainable projects that would benefit all and even generation yet unborn. Rev. Francis Waive is for sustainable development that would meet our today’s needs and that of our future generations and these are what I believe should be called constituency projects. I will not be involved with projects that will not be deeply appreciated by the people of Ughelli North, Ughelli South and Udu Federal Constituency after leaving office.”
